Health Challenges Clients under the supervision of a physician
or taking medications are asked to inform our spa coordinators when scheduling an appointment.
Cancellation Policy Please help us serve you better by respecting our policy. We accept cancellations up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointments. Those calling later or no-shows will be charged
50% per reserved treatment.

Dates and times are guaranteed with a 50% deposit of hair and makeup services required for wedding day. After we receive contact sheet, your date will be tentatively held for 2 weeks to allow for mailing of deposit. We will contact you if your date is requested by someone else in order to allow you notice to place a deposit.
