Cacao Ceremony
Cacao ceremonies are sacred rituals with roots stretching back to ancient Mayan and Aztec civilizations, dating as far back as 1500 BCE. The Mayans and Aztecs viewed cacao as a sacred offering to the gods and a powerful plant medicine, using it in potent rituals to connect with the spiritual realm and open their hearts to deeper spiritual insights.
This is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that works directly with the Anahata, the heart chakra, both physically and emotionally expanding your capacity to give and receive love. We prepare our ceremonial cacao with pure, high-grade cacao blended with sacred ingredients Himalayan salt to ground and mineralize, cinnamon to warm and awaken, agave nectar or honey for sweetness and life force, tahini paste for creamy richness and nourishment, and sometimes a drop of coconut or oat milk for silky smoothness. Each ingredient carries its own spiritual essence, creating an alchemical elixir for transformation.
This is one of Dolores' most cherished offerings to share and experience with guests. As someone who is deeply heart-led, Dolores brings her devotion and reverence to each ceremony, co-creating a sacred container where participants can soften, open, and return to the wisdom of their hearts.

Tea Ceremony
Tea ceremonies are ancient sacred rituals with origins in China dating back thousands of years, later refined in Japan, Korea, and other Asian cultures. More than simply drinking tea, these ceremonies are mindful practices that honor presence, tranquility, and the profound beauty found in simple, intentional moments. Rooted in Zen Buddhist philosophy and Taoist principles, traditional tea ceremonies create a sacred space for meditation, connection, and inner stillness. Through the careful preparation and sharing of tea, you are invited to slow down, awaken your senses, and experience the harmony of mind, body, and spirit in each contemplative sip.

Private/Group Sound Bath
Sound baths trace their origins back thousands of years to ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece, and India, where societies recognized the profound healing potential of sound and its ability to connect individuals with their spiritual essence. In ancient Egypt, priests used chanting and incantations to induce altered states of consciousness and promote healing, while ancient traditions in India incorporated vocal chants, mantras, and musical instruments to balance and harmonize the energy centers of the body. Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies from instruments to calm the mind, relax the body, and guide participants into a meditative state where deep healing can occur.
